Floral City Images' mission is to give the customer a fun, relaxing photography experience and capture the moments to remember for a lifetime.

In order to facilitate this further we created our written guarantee for all our photography. All Floral City Images photography is backed by our written guarantee, in that if you are not delighted with the quality of our photographic work, there is no charge.

This guarantee does not apply to natural disasters, bad weather conditions, or last minute cancellations by the client. Proofs are made available via the web within 21 business days. Proofs are also available on CD as well upon request.

In the event you are not satisfied with the quality of our photography, there is no charge for the photography, and Floral City Images will retain all work. This guarantee becomes null and void once you have taken delivery of said photos shot.
